Tocmi's Official Production Projects

Tocmi is now recruiting female models to participate in our official shooting projects conducted in Japan. We welcome freelance models, aspiring talents, and individual applicants from any country. No agency referral is required. We also welcome inquiries and proposals from officially registered talent agencies.

All projects are professionally organized with legal contracts, proper compensation, and clearly defined production purposes. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to build a high-quality portfolio or explore long-term collaboration in content production

About the Production and Distribution

This project focuses on individual performance-based shoots, including sensual photoshoots, themed visual storytelling, and short video segments.

The content does not involve explicit sexual acts or multi-person performances. This is not AV production.

The final content will be distributed through SNS platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and TikTok, as well as Tocmi’s internal platforms.

Models may choose not to show their faces and may use a stage name.

Eligibility

1. Female, 20 years of age or older, with the legal capacity to sign appearance and usage agreements.
2. Residing in Japan or able to travel to Japan for shooting (all travel and accommodation expenses will be covered by us).
3. Strong on-camera presence and performance ability, able to follow direction and participate in planned scenes.
4. Open to freelance models, newcomers, independent creators, and individuals from any country.
5. Talent agencies and production companies are also welcome to discuss partnership opportunities.

Compensation and Contract Terms

• Competitive per-shoot payment based on content scope and exposure
• Revenue sharing is available for distributed content based on platform performance
• Round-trip transportation and accommodation will be reimbursed (must be confirmed in advance)
• A formal contract will be signed for every collaboration, clearly outlining usage rights, fees, and obligations
• All participants will sign a portrait release and confidentiality agreement to protect personal rights and privacy

Production Support Provided

• Professional director, photographer, hair & makeup artists, and support staff.
• All wardrobe, props, and location arrangements will be provided by our production team.
• Locations are primarily based in Tokyo and Osaka, with both studio and outdoor shoots.

Career Opportunities

Outstanding performers may be invited for long-term collaboration, including exclusive contracts, brand partnerships, personal photobook publishing, and featured appearances on Tocmi’s distribution platforms.
